Newly written plans, budgets and laws are inspected for justice content by facet three of modern government structure before being passed to executive function.

Old laws and lagging plans are opened for periodic justice content inspection. Laws and plans lacking in justice are returned to legislature. Executive facet is informed of suspended items returned to the legislature.
